NOW! Brussels | Discussion on Climate & Human Rights, with Patrizia Heidegger
Join us on Wednesday, July 15th, at 1 pm Brussels Time for an event hosted by the Brussels Climate team, with Patrizia Heidegger.
During this event, our local campaigners Annita and Martina will discuss with Patrizia Heidegger how a climate emergency should have a human rights dimension. Indeed, while campaigning in Brussels for a Global Climate Emergency, Annita and Martina have witnessed the repercussions that climate change has on individuals and societies beyond its effects on the environment, biodiversity, and rising global temperatures.
Join the discussion, whether you are in Brussels or elsewhere, to learn more about this and take a stand for environmental justice!
About Patrizia Heidegger: Patrizia Heidegger is the Director of Global Policies and Sustainability at the European Environmental Bureau and has been working as an advocate for global environmental justice, human rights, and development for 15 years.
