Virtual Town Hall | Hope for Democracy in Russia? Meet Vladimir Ashurkov

What's happening in Russia?

Putin changed the constitution allowing him to rule until 2036. Parliament in Russia is set to pass the bill to ban members of “extremist” organizations from elections - a move to silence Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation and allies.

So, what is the hope for democracy in Russia?

Join this virtual town hall with Vladimir Ashurkov, Navalny's key ally, and the Executive Director of the Anti-Corruption Foundation. He will tell us what is happening in Russia; his hope for the future and how world leaders at the G7 must act to promote freedom and democracy.
